My recent stay at this charming property was nothing short of exceptional. the location is perfect, with easy access to the shops and promenade. Lakeside is just a short drive away, adding to the convenience of the hotel. the room was luxurious and exceeded my expectations, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. Nigel and Jackie's hospitality truly made the experience memorable, as they were always available and accommodating. I appreciated the special touch of upgrading us to the Lovers Suite so our grandson could join us, and the personalized breakfast for him was a highlight. the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and service was impeccable. While the breakfast menu selection may not be my preference, it did not detract from the overall experience. I look forward to returning to this gem of a hotel in the future.
